We loved the clean and spacious onsen bath that had a great view of the mountains. This hotel is conveniently located right next to a huge supermarket where we could get drinks and snacks. The staff was very helpful and polite, especially when we lost our JR Pass and needed assistance to replace it. The room was comfortable, spacious, and had a nice view of the fields.
Absolutely nothing.

I recently visited a hotel in a beautiful area with stunning views of the hills from my room. The hotel had a fantastic melon ice cream shop located right next to it, which was a real treat! The onsen bath was so relaxing and the breakfast and dinner that were served were absolutely amazing! The hotel is located close to a big supermarket, and there was a small restaurant inside the hotel where I could indulge in food, snacks, and beer after taking a bath. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, helping me to feel more at home during my city break.
The only downside of this hotel was the fact that it is a little bit far from the city center and places like Biei. There were not many places to visit nearby, except for the ice cream shop.

The lobby is impressive and the food is great, especially for Japanese cuisine lovers. The rooms have an open view looking out to the fields, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's onsen is fantastic and the outdoor pool has nice scenery.
Communication with the staff is difficult as their English is poor. Moreover, when we had issues with the Wifi they were unable to help. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the slopes, which can be inconvenient for skiers.
